Does The Scan Report Showing Follicles Around Ovary Indicate Pcos?

I have irregular periods since many years. Now finding dufficulty to conceieve. Hormone levels shows normal. And endometrial biopy sounds that there is prolonged proliferative phase. And tvs scan shows small follicles around ovary.other than that I dont have any other complaints. Is it pcos?

I am Dr Nilajkumar a consultant gynecologist and I will be helping you in your queries.

The description of the scan is in favor of PCOS and most of the time the hormone disturbances may be too subtle to get detected.
I suggest that you visit an infertility specialist and start treatment. Most of the time the problem is ovulation and can be cured using a few drugs.
Also lifestyle modifications like weight loss, regular exercise and meditation to de stress are helpful.
