Does The Sugar Levels Change Drastically Over A Period Of Six Months?
I am 39 years old recently I had tested my blood for RBS and came to know that my blood sugar levels are at 220-240 range. Till 6 months back i used to have frequent health checkups and the levels are in the range. Is this possible to have drastic change in just 6 months?

dear sir I understand your concern.my advice is to do test like average sugar estimation HBa1c.this kind of test will give some clue about since how long your sugars are bad.yes 6 months time sugars can change drastically but it depends on many factors of both genetic and environment......get back to me for any clarification......regards
