Does The Urine Test Indicate An Infection?

I am 41 yrs old, 148cm hight and 49kg. urine test report shows that colour yellow, apperance-silghtly turbid,reaction -acidic ,albumin-trace, sugar -nil, pus cells- plenty, RBC-2-3,Epithelial cells -plenty and ca.oxalates. what is the level of infection? Do I need to take medicine?
