Does These Recent Ultrasound Results Have Anything To Do With Pelvic Pain And Weight Gain?

I am 56, stopped menstrating about 2 years ago and have had 2 Uterine Fibroid Embolizations. Ive been having pelvic pain and weight gain. This is my most recent ultrasound. Myomatous enlarged retroverted uterus with the largest myoma measuring 6.5 x 5.7 x 7 cm. Minimall vascularity within the myoma - 2 lesions on the right ovary one may be just a dominate follicle the other extremely vascular. Cysts measure 3x2.2x1.9 cm and 1.2x1.4x1.4.
