Does Thick Green Mucus, Swollen Nostrils And Ear Drainage Signify A Health Problem ?

I have thick green mucus in my nose and my throat , one of my nostrils is swollen. I have a sore neck and ear drainage. I have developed a lump just under my right ear. what could it be?

it looks like an infection most likely to be aspergillosis. U need to seek the help of an ent specialist immediately. As far as your lump below the ear is concerned it looks like an unrelated issue but you can that also examined by the same doctor
