Does Tingling Feeling In The Arms After A Fall Need Medical Attention?

I keep waking up with tingling in both arms, as if I have been doing excerise. It takes at least 30 minutes if not more for them to come back to normal. I took a fall three weeks ago and hit the middle of my back, could it be related? and if so what medical aid should I get?
