Does Tiny Particles On Anus Indicate Hemorrhoids?

hi i am doubting i am indeed suffering from piles when i wash my anus after finishing my bowel i notice a tiny like particle in it. I thought it was lessions at beginning but i doubt weather it is hemmorohids. But i never bleeded or any pain so for while i bowel.Please help me in it

HI. IF no history of pain or bleeding, this is not serious. Usually a skin tag can be felt and we call it a sentinel pile , this is not a real pile. so no symptoms , no problem. BUT- just assure by a checking once by a Surgeon to rule out other likely problems like wart or so.
