Does Trachea And Chest Pain While Breathing Need ER Attention?

I recently hit my head which snapped my neck back (Sunday) then, on Wednesday was hit while on the beach by a flying umbrella. it hit me in the head and neck. In the middle of the night I woke up and had pain in my trachea and upped chest when breathing or taking breath in. Should I go to ER or is it just injurried and rest for day of two.

No need to go ER now , but you have to seek medical advice in orthopedic clinic to do some images to exclude cervical fracture .
