Does Tri Sprintec Cause Heavy And Prolonged Period?

Im 22 and on Tri sprintec, ive been on it about 4 months now.... but this month i started my period the 7th now its the 29 and im still on it...ive never had a period longer then 5 days ..its heavy bleeding and Im getting scared... could my bc cause me to have a period this long?
