Sir, I am suffering from right hand side stomach pain i gone through my nearest Gov hospital to check up a doctor. there doctor sent me to some test after seen my test report he refer me to BHU and said that their is tumour in that position so here is arising a question in my mind that can i survive from medicine also or finally have to go for surgery?
Hi first after doing endoscopy ,biopsy is taken to rule out mass is benign or malignant by his to pathological examination. In malignant mass depending upon size, partial or total gastrectomy done.survival rate good if resected early.chemotherapy is also can be given.but malignant mass has to be resected if it is not spread to other site.
