Does Ulcer Cause Persistent Pain And Difficulty In Bowel Movements After Treatment For Piles And Ulcer?

sir, my father has piles and ulcer.He did treatment in nearby hospital but the pain&bleeding is still making trouble.He says he has to struggle during the time of motion.During the time of operation,doctor said that it will be alright in 8days.But 20 days passed&no change.what to do?Is this because of ulcer?please reply

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection at the site of operation or soreness persisted due to passing some hard stool giving rise irritation and ulcer formation.
You might require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course.
Avoid constipation and take laxative daily at night.
Avoid fried, chilies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
