Does Ulcer Problem And Helicobacter Cause Back Pain And Vomiting?

hi my mom since 2008 she have ulser problem also helicobacter pylori after she went turkey she take care using antiobiotic but lateyle she is not feeling good she have terrible upbackpain some sweating her cheast feel vomiting also headache she need now ulser bactearia cause that all terrible backpain thank you she cannot able to pay can you help please

Peptic ulcer can cause vomiting, but it usually does not cause back pain.
Back pain and upper abdominal pain can be caused by gallstones or pancreatitis. If she has also frequent urinating, burning while urinating, urinary tract infection can be the reason.
Please note that some ulcers are caused by a cancer, some lead to a cancer. That is why it should be verified if the ulcer has healed or not.

I suggest your mom to have abdominal ultrasound, blood work, urine analysis and gastroscopy.
