Does Umbilicus Pain And Burning, Bloating, Sinus Colds, Coughing Need ER Admission?

Have had a sharp pain in belly button for about two days, starting to burn a little. have not been eating much but feel really full. have had a bad sinus cold for about a week, Could coughing cause this? I have no insurance and am currently un employed, I want to know if this is warrants going to the ER

Hello,

You may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome with upper respiratory tract infection.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Pantoprazole.

Use tablet Sporulac.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water.

Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
