Does Undersurface Tear In Hip Require Surgery?

I had an MRI and was told that I have moderate hip osteoarthritis with degeneration/fraying of the anterior/superior and lateral labrum . A more discrete undersurface tear is present anteriorly. Is this something that requires surgery? Thank you for your input! YYYY@YYYY

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that over all matter is depending upon the clinical symptoms if you have any if you are asymptomatic then no need to think about the surgery and this can be managed with medical treatment alone, take care and have a nice day.
