Hello,

In the case of infection of the outer urethra, swelling can develop, and inflammation leads to redness and swelling. So for treatment of it, urine culture needs to be done to check the sensitivity of antibiotics.

Urine routine microscopic examination also should be done. Drink lots of water. Avoid excess spicy foods. Cranberry juice extract tablet useful. Please provide your reports for giving more comments and consult urologists for examination and get a prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
