Does Vaginal Swab Test Results Indicate Chlamydia Or Gonorrhea?

hi i had unprotected sex on fri and on sat started with discharge i thought maybe urine because it urt to urinate,but that came back fine,so it showed im my vaginal swab moderate gram negative rods and moderates gram possitive cocci and many wbc's would could this possibly be??std chlamydia or gonnorhea?

Thank you for query.it is probably a STD .You should have to take a course of antibiotics to treat both.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.Drink lots of water and use any urine alkalinisers.
