Does Vascular Eds Contribute To Fluid Retention?

I am female, 47 y/o, 5'5, ~330 lbs. I definitely have hypermobility and feel I may have vascular eds. I will be assessed for this in a week. My question at the moment is, could or does vascular eds contribute to fluid retention issues? Thanks in advance for your response.
