What Causes Pain In Stomach After A Ureteroscopy Due To Urinary Retention?

I had a ureteroscopy 7/8, due to urinary retention. Everything checked out just fine. I have classical and vascular EDS. I started having significant pain in both ureters over the past two days. (discomfort from rolling over in bed wakes me up) Any movement, bending or touching my belly in the area is painful. Is this normal?
