Does Vitamin D Deficiency Cause Low Ferritin And Elevated Testosterone Levels?

I needed to use Propecia and the doctor told me that I need to do a blood test to look at testosterone and vitamin d so a week after the doctor sent a mail because I did not come back saying: your results show low ferritin and vitamin d as well as elevated testosterone. How high is he talking about, what are the possibilities here? is it something serious? Does Viaitimn D deficiency cause that? because I am using Propecia now and he really shocked me with the results! another thing I have been having spasms of pain in my left kidney area, not that strong but comes and goes so what could that be? I know you do not have any results in front of you but I am asking for your medical opinion and what you think about the whole thing? Some info: 29 years old 5 3 or 161 cm tall 49 kg in weight drink occasionally do not smoke I am usually fatigue and this has been with me for a long time. More details about the presenting complaint: For the elevated testosterone, I am sexually ok and my libido is fine, not noticing something or anything! the kidney pain has been with me for almost 2 weeks and I used to have pain in that area a long time ago and they found out that there was an accumulation of salt and I needed to drink a lot of water and they gave me some medicines. Previous history of the same issue: 8 years ago with the kidney problem and it was something minor but the pain at the time was much more harder than the one I am having now! Current medications: Propecia Lab tests performed: Low ferritin, low vitamin d, elevated testosterone
