Does Vocal Cord Nodule And Left Vocal Cord Keratosis Require Surgery?
my father had microlaryngeal surgery last month for bilateral vocal cord keratosis. result we got is severe dysplasia &went for review today.vlscopy done.diagnosis is right vocalcord nodule&left vocalcord keratosis &mild throat infection.he is given antibiotic&bevon to come for a review after one month my query is does he need surgery again ? will it be cancerous?

severe dysplasia is not vocal nodule. Both require surgery though.
taking vocal nodule as final diagnosis, first you should have voice rest. and speech therapy And regular follow up
