Does Vomiting And Diarrhea Be Related To Crohn S Disease?
My child has had 5 nights of vomiting and diarrhea over the past 3 weeks! She s fine during the day with occasional diarrhea. Blood and stool tests were normal. Is it likely to be Crohn s disease? I ve been reading about it and am scared. Thanks!

Hello,
This is probably due to gastroenteritis and unlikely to be due to chrons disease at this age. I would recommend that he gets a stool analysis.
