Does Watery Stool Refer To Diverticulitis?

I just had a ct scan done and was diagnosed with diverticulites. Everytime i eat or drink something it runs right out of me in about ten minutes or so. My stool is watery and looks like a clump of sand, no smell, does this have to do with diverticulites or something else.

Hello,

Your symptoms may be related to diverticulitis. I suggest doing some examinations to confirm the diagnosis. A stool test for a complete blood count and a colonoscopy.
