Does White Fungus On Penis And Body Pain Indicate Sign Of HIV/AIDS?

i have body pain like sprain in my both the hands. I have gas problems most of the time i dont feel apetite. I have some white coloured fungus in my penis since long time. Generally i am a person with dry skin but i have accute dry skin. Do i have hiv/aids

Hello,

You have given the symptoms of body pains, loss of appetite, and a white patch on your penis. You have not mentioned any history of unprotected sex with human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV) positive person. Regarding white patch on your penis, it might be a sexually transmitted disease (STD) if you have participated in unprotected sex, so you can contact a nearby dermatologist who can examine and test you for an STD.

Loss of appetite and body might be a general complaint which can be overcome by taking healthy diet. Gastritis can be cured by taking tablet Pantoprazole once a day half an hour before breakfast for seven days. To rule out an HIV infection, you can contact a nearby ICTC (integrated counseling and testing center) where you can get yourself tested if you are in India.
