Does Yeast Infection In Vagina Suggest An STD?

I am 25 normal weight no medical history of STDs or STIs. But starting in May I have had persistant yeast infection, thicker/slimey vaginal secretions that dry up quickly and flake up, thick brownish jelly/mucus ball (1 time), and the last intercourse after symptoms was incredibly painful

Hello,
Yes fungal infections of vaginal mucosa is pretty common after sexual intercourse.
I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist for proper management which includes basic investigations and other specific tests
for STIs and short course of oral antifungals and antifungal pessaries.
Hope this will take care of your problem
Thank you
