Done Hysterectomy. Weight Loss After Stopping HRT. Have Hypothyroidism. Dizziness, Tiredness

I had a full hysterectomy in January about 3 mon ago I stopped taking my hrt because it was seeming to give me more hot flash and mood symptoms ,I have lost 25 lbs since stopping the hrt but have not been trying to lose now my thyroid is off I have hypothyroid and went from 4 -6 not sure the test for sure increased meds a few days ago I am feeling faint dizzy tired loss of appetite now - doc looks at me like I am just crazy

thanks for your query at HCM
i understand your concern.
hormone replacement therapy is given to replace that are not synthesized because of the surgery .
stopping hrt will reduce body hormonal levels that might cause adverse effects in future.
hormone replacement therapy can have adverse effects but you have continue them.
loss of apetite and dizziness can be related to thyroid problem, now get one thyroid profile repeated and consult physician about thyroid dose adjustment and on continuation of hormone replacement therapy.
