Suggest Treatment For Weight Loss

I am on estrogen hrt patch. My doctor is wanting to take me off this summer. I have noticed I have gained a lot of weight since either being on HRT or having a hysterectomy. Do you think going off the HRT will help with the weight loss. I have gained approx. 55 lbs. Thank You
