Thanks for writing in.
Your sperm count and the actively motile sperm count is also reduced. This can lead to problems in having a child. This can be due to several cause like varicocele etc. Treating the varicocele may help improve the sperm count. If no cause can be identified, there is no treatment as such. If you wish to have a baby, a test called the sperm survival test is done. If there are >3 million motile sperms/ml after this, then there is no problem. The best way forward if you are trying to have a child is intrauterine insemination.
Please see a infertility specialist if you are trying to have a child.
