Hi,im 24 years old male today i did semen analysis in which the sperms count was 17.000.000\ml , the motility , viscosity , amount & PH was normal ,but the w.b.c 5-7.And i have some pain in left testes.Please tell whats the problem and if the fertility affected ????
Pain in the testis may be due to infection or fluid accumulation. Yes, the semen analysis showed that pus cells. normally pus cells in the semen is 1-2/hpf. But in your condition it may be a infection. So use tablet Nitrofurantoin 100 mg for five days. Drink plenty of liquids and water. If the symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
