Done With All The Test During Pregnancy. Meaning?

Hi Doctor , what does it mean by PREGNANCY TECHNIQUE LMP = 03.03.2013 Gestational age (from LMP) - 10 weeks 05 day. UTERUS Uterus is retroverted (76.6 mm. x 44.0 mm. x 62.9 mm. ). No focal mass is seen in myometrium. Internal os is closed. Cevical canal is collapsed. GESTATIONAL SAC Single intrauterine gestational sac noted in upper uterine cavity. Gestational sac = 29.7 mm. - corresponds to 07 weeks 03 days. No evidence of yolk sac/fetal pole noted on TAS at present. Both ovaries and adnexae are normal. IMPRESSION Single intrauterine gestational sac noted in upper uterine cavity of about 07 weeks 03 days maturity , inconsistent with L.M. P. No evidence of yolk sac / fetal pole noted on TAS ar present. ADV: Serum ß - HCG Follow - up with TVS End

Hello,

The LMP(Last menstrual period) and the fetal growth according to Ultrasound is inconsistent.
There is a difference of more than 3 weeks.
There may be many reasons for this
1. the LMP may be wrongly given.
2. You may not have a 30 days cycle.
3. Abnormal fetal maturity or fetal demise.

Confirm with serum HCG levels and transvignal ultrasound.
