Dosage Increased For Dyspepsia, Suffering Extreme Side Effects. What Is The Right Dosage ?

My dose was increased to 200 q12 on 10.16.13. With serious concern re side effects left message in neuro dept. She called a 10:31 this am and told me to come in. By 10:33, I was crying and 3X by 11:00. When I saw her, she of- fered a box of tissues. I told her, Remember Feb. 2012 when I had the seizure and fell on the train tracks and broke a few bones and dented the top of my head? You didn t see me doing this. She decreased my dose to 100 am and 150 pm. No hx of depression. Also, having UGI symptoms that have NEVER had in my life, dyspepsia. How to take dosage?
