Hello. Thank-you for contacting HCM. It may be a minimal laceration but as it is around the anal area I would recommend taking extra care of hygiene . For that I would suggest Sitz bath which is sitting in a bath tub with warm water for 15 mins daily... Also take plenty of fruits and vegetables and maintain a good hydration level to avoid constipation as it may exert pressure on your wound. Calamine lotion would not be of much use in your condition....although I do suggest local application of polyfax ointment twice daily.
