Doubtful After Intercourse, Had Given Postinor2. Now Having Diarrhea, Bleeding And Tummy Pain. Side Effects?

Doctor two times i had sexual intercourse with my wife before 3 days at the same time,and i was using a condom too,,and the first time when i was intercousing i use a condom perfectly and after sperms comes out i removed it and after 10 mints i put another fresh condom but i couldn't use the correct side of the condom so what i did was before the intercourse i removed it again and i put the correct side of that same condom and i intercourse,,but after same times only i realized that when i was accidently put the wrong side of the condom my earlier(1st time)sperms can be there in the wrong side of condom..so doctor i gave the postinor2 exactly after 24.And now she is having little bit of diarrhoea,and bit of bleeding has taken place and also a tummy paining,so is it a side effect of the postinor2??or what please reply me immideatly please docter
