I have a dermatological question....I recently had sunburn on my forearms. Throughout the day, it was red, sensitive and very warm (typical sunburn symptoms). The next morning I woke up with dozens of small dark circles along my forearms, similar to freckles. I have olive skin, tan quickly and easily and burn infrequently. I'm not sure what they are - they aren't raised bumps, they don't itch or hurt. Could they be sunspots? I'd like to know what they are and if they will fade. Thank you!
Exposure to sun for a long time does cause such a reaction in the skin. Ofcourse oily skin is much more prone to such troubles. For now you should use sunscreen with an antimelanin cream.
