Drank Beer Before Fasting Glucose Test. On Healthy Diet. Normal Sugar Level?

I drank beer the night before a fasting glucose test . My test came back 106. I am in excellent health, I am a nutritionist and follow a high fibrous carb, low/no processed carb/grain diet . I grow my own food and eat only pasture raised meats and eggs . Zero trans fats or processed omega 6 fats. Should I be concerned with the 106? YYYY@YYYY

Hello and welcome to HCM
106 mg/dl Fasting blood sugar is with in normal limit. With your diet, you have explained in your mail and regular exercise, I don't think that you are a candidate for Diabetes Mellitus. But if have to be little concern about it if your Family History is positive? Overweight? Lack of exercise? High Total Cholesterol and triglycerides? Smoker or alcoholic?
Keep a check on your Fasting and PP blood sugar once in three month and Lipid Profile once in six months.
Do regular exercise and be away from Diabetes for life time.
Best Wishes
