Drinking Of Beers During Metoprolol Succ Er - 50mg's Medication

I ve been taking 50mg s of metoprolol succ er for almost 2wks now. On my 2 days off from work (Friday and Saturday) I like to drink anywhere from 2-4 beers. Can I continue to do this while taking this medication. I love a cold beer in the summer but I m terrified it with heart meds.

There is not documented interaction between Taking Metoprolol and Alcohol.
1 - 2beers/day for 2 days will not cause any significant changes or interaction with medications.
