my wife has adropped bladder and said that her urine now is comeing from the virigna?

Vesico-vaginal fistula (when urine comes from vagina) can be diagnosed by clinical examination. Kindly consult a gynecologist or urologist. You did not tell that since when is she suffering? whether there was any trauma or prolonged labour during her delivery. If it is VVF, it needs surgery.
