I ve though about it being stress , however have always managed to coped. Some advice please. Thanks
It seems that you may be having allergic contact dermatitis. There may be some cause. It may be dust, pollen, housedust mite,grass,cosmetics,soap,perfume..etc
There is a cold sore on lip..also called herpes labialis.it may be due to poor immunity.
For allergy, you take anti histaminics like levocetirizine and if needed, steroid in tappering dose. For cold sore take acyclovir and apply acyclovir cream on the lesion.
Avoid contact with suspected contactants. And improve immunity with immunoboosters like levamisole.
