Dry Rash On Neck, Scalp And Torso. Nausea, Sweating. No Itching. Coincidental Symptoms?

Hi, my 19 year old son has a dry spotty rash mostly on his torso, neck and scalp which has been increasing over the last few days. It s not itchy but this evening he feels nauseaus and is clammy but not hot to touch. I though the rash was fungal but now with hhim feeling unwell I m not sure sure....maybe the 2 symptoms are coincidental?

Hi.Hello dry rash on neck .scalp and torso can be tinea versicolor which is a fungal infection with dandruff on scalp.i think nausea and vomiting are not associated with it .it can be cured by candid-tv shampoo 15 min before bath and oral flucanazole
