Dry Skin Around The Sulcus Part Of Penis, Burns To Touch. Does It Require Treatment ?

Yes I had some dry skin around the sulcus part of my penis and jus a few days ago it tore on the top side as a small crater and today another one has pop up on the Side the really don't hurt and there appears to be no puse or blood and it burns as u touch it. I had the same thing happen last year and had it checked I came bac negative. I don't have any discharge or burn when I urinate so is this jus a bad case of dry skin or should I hav it checked out

Hi,
This might be due to collection of smegma on glans penis.
Due to dryness there might be some cut or scabs.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Apply some moisturizing cream on it.
For better viewing consult your doctor and get examined.
Keep local part clean and hygienic.
