Dry Throat, Impairment Of Voice After Taking Bupropion For Menopausal Depression. Help

I have been suffering with menopausal depression for ten + years. I have been taking bupropion & it makes me feel much better, however, I sing & one of the side effects is dry throat. It hinders my voice & makes it impossible to sing whenever I want to. I discussed this with my physician & he said that all antidepressants have that side effect. I have tried weaning off & have gradually decreased my dose to 75mg per day. As for the depression, I can make it on that but it still impairs my voice drastically. I don't know what to do. I am miserable with it & miserable without it. I've wondered if I should ask my doctor about substituting it with a thyroid medication. Please help.

Hi, in menopause there will be so many changes in the body, one among them is hoarse ness of the voice.
If you want to get back your voice and other changes, you should get the harmone essay and you should have harmone replacement therapy, after getting the genital tract completely examined for any malignancy. Thank you.
