So a few days ago I was walking up the strairs with my son in my arm and a bag and my arm just got extremely painful. Like I pulled something. And its been hurting ever since. A dull pain. I couldn t sleep last night it hurt so bad. I m having major anxiety thinking its a clot. I ve never had one and couldn t imagine why I d get one in my arm. But the thought is there. Does this sound like a pulled muscle or something else? The pain is down the outer part of my arm. And I m 24 oh and it was getting better... but last night, i went swimming with my son, and was throwing him in the water, which i think made it worse :/ i just dont wanna freak out

The best approach is to see a doctor in the ER.
