Dull Constant Ache In The Right Side Of The Pelvic Region Without Any Gas In A Person With Celiac Disease.

I have a dull ache in the pelvic region, right side. I just had a bout of diarrhea Sat. night, but stool is slowly getting back to normal. Feels like a pulled muscle in that area, but it is persistent and uncomfortable. No more gas than is usual. I do have celiac disease.

Dear Madam,

You need to get a USG Abdomen for this to see the exact cause of abdominal pain.
