I have a dull pain in my lower abdomen ... it effects me when im trying to sleep... towards the back... i feel like its my intestines or something of that nature, what do you think is disturbed.?

If the pain is over the back, it could be due to the spine or from the kidneys..  Get it examined by the doctor..
