Dull Pain In Right Breast, Lost 100 Lbs, Slight Indentation That Comes And Goes. Cause Of Pain?

So I went to 3 doctors about my right breast. I have had a dull pain in my breast/nipple. I also noticed a slight indentation that comes and goes. I am 30 and have 3 children. Not pregnant or have ever breastfed. All doctors said they seen and felt nothing abnormal. I am close to my period and am hoping that this could be why. I also lost about 100 lbs maybe breast are shrinking? Please let me know because I have been having anxiety attacks over this, thank you

Hi, it appears that it could be some thing like premenstrual engorgement of the breast. Or there may be an infection of the ducts of the breast, there is also a possibility of the malignancy as you didn't breast fed the children at all. You may need to have a mammogram to exclude the possibility of malignancy. So i advise you to consult a surgeon and be peaceful. Thank you.
