Dull Pain Under Breast, Shoulder, Armpit, Tingling Foot. Treated For Heart Burn, On Muscle Relaxant

Am a 40 yrs woman, l had a dull pain suddenly on my left siide and it radiate to my under breast, my shoulder and left arm pit and my neck to my back.
Am also experiencing tingling foot and kind of a flying movement on my kneel on left leg
My GP examined me and was told that my nerves are not relaxed and was also treated for heartburn , l was also given some muscle relax ant , but the dull pain is still there

Cause could be due to nerve compression or deficiency of vit b12. Through clinical evaluation is required to reach the diagnosis. taking methylcobalamin supplements will be helpful.To have better relief, drugs like gabapentin are helpful. But these are prescription medicines and are best if taken under the guidance of your neurologist.
