Dull Pain Under Rib Cage Radiating To Shoulder Region, Constipation, Bloating After Meals. Cause?

I have had a dull pain under my right rib cage for about a week now and sometimes the pain goes into my shoulder/neck region. I haven't been moving my bowels regularly. I haven't for about two days. I am severely bloated and even took laxatives to hopefully get my bowels moving/relieve the bloating. Nothing helps. I've noticed I become bloated after eating a small amount of food.

Hello,
You have bloating after small amount of food, not relieved by laxative and dull pain under right rib cage which sometime goes to your right shoulder and neck region
Any condition causing pain near the right diaphragm may have a referred pain to the right shoulder.
So you need an X-Ray Chest to assess the base of right side of lung and USG abdomen for liver as well you can find the cause for constipation.
Peptic ulcer and lack of digestive enzymes leads to indigestion and Bloating.
X-Ray chest and USG abdomen may reveal any major causes.
Antacids and anti flautulants may relieve the bloating sensation.
Frequent, small, non chilly, non oily, fiber rich and bland diet may be of help. If all the investigations are normal, then upper GI endoscopy may be of use.
