Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

There is no problem at all. This is normal. May be you have excessive bleeding. That blood while coming out of vagina, flows upwards and downwards. So it is staining the pad in the region of urethra also.

When you are using the tampon all the blood usually gets absorbed in it and it does not flow out. So you hardly see it while using tampon.

I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
