Ear Injury, Loss Of Hearing, No Pain. Reason?

Hello Doctor, This is Ankur, 21 years old, from Ghaziabad. I had a fight with someone, 2 days ago, and he hit me on my right ear, and also slightly on left ear. From then I cant hear from right ear, and a bit from left ear too. It doesnt pain, but I feel the words vibrating with right ear.. It feels very bad. What may be the reason? There is possibility that your tympanic membrane is damaged due to blunt trauma.
I suggest you to get yourself examined by specialist to access degree of damage and treat accordingly.
