Early Pregnancy, Had Severe Cough, Intermittent Brown Spotting Followed By White Discharge. Worrisome?
my name is ayesha i am pregnent of 10 weeks ,,i had brown sporting last week off and on , but now stop only some time white is coming ,,small,i scan last saturday ,problem is mild seprationfrom sack but baby is good ,and growing fatus is ok every thing ok ,wall is thick but i hav cough too much from last week ,doctor told me to take rest on bad ,how many chances i have so all would be good and when i go for next scan ,,iam takink defaston,,2 times ,thanku ,,

Thanks for the query.
According to your description there is possibility for subchorionic hematoma. Which might have resulted due to separation of gestational sac from decidual layer due to coughing.
Usually small hematomas will get absorbed and will not affect the well being of the baby. So as now your spotting subsided you can continue your treatment for cough, rest and duphaston tablets.
You can go for review scan after 2 weeks to note the status of hematoma.

Your 10 weeks pregnant and have some brown to white vaginal discharge.
This is normal during pregnancy.
Your obstetric ultra sound is normal ,that is a good news.
Your having cough, and Doctor has advised you bed rest, as one has to avoid medicine during pregnancy especially during first trimester, If the your cough doesn’t settles with bed ,consult your doctor who will prescribe medicine for cough. There Are medicine which are safe even during the first trimester.
