Ears Been Blocked. Little Lump Behind The Ear Under Ear Lobe, Itching On Scalp. Ear Infections?

Hello Doctor, My ears have been feeling very blocked/clogged for quite a while now and I could feel it especially when I swallow something, there is a clicking noise. There has also been ringing, especially after being in a loud place. Recently I've noticed a little lump behind my right ear, just under the earlobe. It's kind of hard and doesn't hurt. It's gotten a little bigger, a little smaller than a pea, though I'm thinking that might be because I poked at it. I also feel a little itching above it on my scalp today. Could it be an ear infection?

The ear clogging/fullness, clicking sound and ringing indicate- the dysfunction of Eustachian tube- A tube which connects ear and nose. You have to take course of mild antibiotics, antihistamines and nasal decongestants. If possible try out steam inhalation at least twice a day.
The little lump behind right ear may be due to scalp infection. In your case may be due dandruff-as you are complaining of scalp itching. Wash your hair regularly with shampoo. It will help you.
